The AM-CERT20 Cell utilizes a FANUC M20 robot that has a PLC, multiple End of Arm Tooling options, custom folding fencing, and safety training feature’s built into one portable system.
The FANUC CR-7iA is FANUC's newest collaborative robot resembles the LR Mate family. Painted green to show it's ability to work beside humans, you can expect the same reliability as FANUC's yellow robots. The CR-7iA is ideal for small part sorting and assembly, inspection, machine tending, and part delivery. It has a 7 kg payload, 717 mm reach, and is equipped with iRVision and Force Sensing. The NEW FANUC LR Mate 200iD/4S Fenceless CERT Cart was developed from combining FANUC DCS Position and Speed Check software with an Allen Bradley SafeZone Mini Safety Laser Scanner. The result is FANUC’s NEW Fenceless Cart that will still fit through a standard door and runs off 110V power. The Fenceless cart allows a greater work envelope and introduces students to the latest in integrated safety products from FANUC and Allen Bradley.
The Lincoln Electric Robotic ClassMate Cell is a complete robotic training solution designed to meet the need for advanced manufacturing training. Instructors can teach robotic concepts in the classroom and quickly move to the lab for welding practice. Students can perform offline programming and then test their skills at a manufacturing-ready robotic cell.
