This module provides students with manipulative skills as they perform a series of real life upgrade exercises on a fully-functional personal computer.

The hands-on work is supported by theory and research activities using computer simulations and the Internet. These provide the student with essential information about how to use and maintain personal computer operating systems, internal system components, and peripheral devices.
