*Return Policy.

*A 50% Cancellation fee will apply on any order canceled after delivery. A 40% cancellation fee will apply on any order canceled prior to delivery.

Tech-Labs must be notified within five working days of the customers intent to return the product. Returning an item after it has been received by the purchaser must be completed within 5 working days of receipt and will result in a 30% restocking fee which will be calculated on the gross amount of the Purchase Order and any shipping/freight costs will be billed to the purchaser. This assumes product is in ORIGINAL, UNOPENED (new) condition and the product will not be returned until all fees and shipping/freight charges are paid in full.  An inspection prior to acceptance of return may be required to certify condition of the product.  This cost shall be paid by the purchaser.

 

Tech-Labs is not responsible for any damages to items being returned.
