                                                  What is the length of the Tech Labs' warranty period?

                                                   We will warrant any System component for a period of one year from date of initial purchase, regardless of original manufacturer's warranty.

                                                 What is Covered?

                                                   Any defects in materials or workmanship will be covered.

                                                  What is Not Covered?

                                                    Any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow supplied instructions will not be covered.

                                                 What Will Tech Labs Do?

                                                   We will repair or replace, at our option, any item proven to be defective. We will also pay standard shipping charges (i.e. UPS Ground) to and from the customer.

                                                  How Can I Get Warranty Service?

                                                    In the event that any component of the System fails during the warranty period, please contact the Tech Labs' Customer Relations Department. We will assist you in the repair or                     replacement of any defective components. Customer Relations can be reached by phone at 1-800-445-1088 or by Fax at (281) 391-1113 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. CST, or by email to Support. . All initial warranty inquiries should be directed to Jerry Hodge; however, in some instances we may refer you to the original product manufacturer. Due to manufacturer's product changes and discontinuations, Tech Lab cannot guarantee exact product replacement; therefore, we reserve the right to substitute products of an equivalent nature.

In the event that the warranty period has expired, and a product needs repair or replacement, please contact our Customer Relations Department attention Jerry Hodge; depending on the product, Tech Lab may be able to provide continuing support at a reasonable cost to the customer.

                                                 Limitation of Liability and Exclusion of Implied Warranties

                                     Tech Labs' liability for any defective product is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, at our option. Tech Labs shall not be liable for damage to other products nor any other consequential   damage caused by any defects in our products. This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including that of merchantability.
